The little village of Tiefenbronn, near Pforzheim, is primarily known for the gothic Maria-Magdalenakirche (1400), which contains the outstanding Magdalenen Altar (1431) attributed to Lukas Moser, as well as the Passionsaltar (1469) by Hans Schüchlein - not pictured. Both artists come from Ulm.
